Merritt Island, Florida - April
10, 2009 - Comp Air will have
several aircraft on display at Sun 'n
Fun in Lakeland, Florida,
April 21 - 26 in booth MD-012-B.
Come see our Comp Air 12. This aircraft
features an all composite, pressurized
cabin and utilizes a 1,650 shp Honeywell
TPE331-14
turboprop engine with modern
avionics. An industry leading
combination of 310 knot cruise speed,
up to 2500 mile range and an eight (8)

Also in our booth will be the Comp
Air 9. With cruise speeds in excess
of 250 kts and useful load of 3,500
lbs, combined with a maximum range
of 1,600 nautical miles, there is
nothing that comes close to matching
the great looks, impressive
performance numbers, six place
seating and efficiency of the Comp
Air 9. The Comp Air 9 is truly a
versatile aircraft, blending the
visibility of a cantilever
high-wing, with the ease of entrance
and egress through the three door
design. With ease of maintenance and
durability of a fixed
gear...operating costs drop
dramatically. Add the
fuel efficiency and
reliability of the Honeywell
TPE331-10 turbine and you have an
unbeatable combination.

The third aircraft we plan on
displaying at our booth is the Comp
Air 8 Turbine, sitting on a pair of
newly designed Comp Air Floats. The
Comp Air 8 is the flagship of the
Comp Air line of
experimental aircraft.
Powered by the reliable Walter 601D
Turbine, rated at 657 eshp, the Comp
Air has 6 to 8 seating capacity and
a useful load up to 2,500 lbs.
Cruising speed with the conventional
gear will see 210 kts at 21,000 ft.
